The master suite has a king bed, a twin size trundle (2 beds), an air mattress, 52” TV w/sound bar, updated shower, soaking tub, and a large walk-in closet. The 2 other bedrooms: queens Safety and comfort are important. Central air and heating are throughout this home. There is a washer and dryer and for guests’ safety, this home is equipped with a Smart Lock system, smoke alarms and a fire extinguisher. In the kitchen, we have a Keurig coffee maker for guests

Experience a relaxing stay, spending time watching chickens happily foraging or barn animals as they graze in the pasture. This spacious, newly renovated carriage house comfortably sleeps 4-5. Private entrance leads to a meticulously cleaned, peaceful abode- only 10 minutes to downtown Indy!! Enjoy walks with a cup of coffee to take in all of Historic Irvington, or simply relax in this quiet retreat and enjoy the only table shuffleboard in a private rental in all of Indianapolis! Built in the late 50's by the Electrical Inspector of Speedway, Charles T. Renie and wife Margie raised 9 children in this classic Speedway brick ranch. This home has remained in the family and much of the historic charm is still present. Recent updates include granite countertops, new appliances, flooring, and fresh paint.
