We are a 5 min drive to beautiful beaches at Hammonassett State Park, a 6 min drive to Chamard Vineyards and close to many other lovely bars/restaurants. We are walking distance to Clinton’s little downtown, the train station (can easily get to New Haven and NYC) and the waterfront, where you can hit up Lobster Landing- Clinton’s very own home of the greatest lobster roll in New England!

Enjoy 2 rooms + bath. The second floor of my home will be your own private oasis. Large dog (+ cat) on premises (no access to suite). Please be dog-friendly! Spacious bedroom, cozy sitting area, queen bed, TV w/ premium channels. Separate dining/kitchenette with Keurig, microwave & fridge. Brand new private bath with tub/shower. 3 wooded acres by Menunketesuck River. 2-level deck with fire table, patio, propane grill and hot tub. Outside, you can enjoy the breeze from the Riverfront Deck, Sun Bathe, Crab or Fish on the Lower Dock, watch the Eagles fly by, or wander about the wooded property. Bring or rent a Kayak and paddle down the river right to the Long Island Sound.

Large, one bedroom and one bath with a pull out queen size sleeper couch in the main room. Wi-Fi, Roku TV, boards games, and DVDs available. Property is located close to restaurants and many outdoor activities including the town beach and docks. There is a pass available to bring a car to the Clinton town beach.

It is 600 sq feet, completely renovated, with a queen size bed, a well-appointed kitchen & bathroom. Walking distance to the Clinton train station. Stays in-season include use of 2 kayaks or SUPs per day (2 hours) provided by Indian River Kayak from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

"Sweet Caroline" is a charming 4 bedroom shoreline colonial that has been recently renovated to provide an up-to-date feel while maintaining it's 1920's charm. We fell in love with this home last summer while visiting friends and family and decided to make it our home away from home. We have enjoyed her so much that we decided to share her with others seeking similar cozy, New England shoreline, accommodations.
