Our recently renovated villa is located οn the west side of the island. This home has a great seaside view, which you can enjoy relaxing by the pool. Two of the best restaurants on the island are conveniently accessible. Arkasa, a large village, is a short 10 min drive, with access to markets and a pharmacy. Lefkos beach, one of the most popular beaches in Karpathos, is also a short drive, as is a small fishing village, Foiniki, to the south. Both have restaurants, beaches and mini markets.

We put together a team to reconstruct it entirely, keeping the initial design of the house and blending it with modern touches and technology. The result is a Cycladic beauty, built into the rock, white as can be, to host a couple or a small family, in a fun and elegant environment!

The location is just 2 minutes’ walk from the center of Kamari and 500 meters (5 minutes) from the famous black beach Kamari. It consists of a single room with a living room, kitchen and dining area. Two bedrooms and a bathroom. At the backyard of the residence there is a private pool with a hydromassage. It also has a barbecue and a comfortable sitting area for relaxing.
