I am a huge advocate of experiencing yoga in nature, offering beautiful outdoor locations in Point Richmond, Alameda, Berkeley, Vallejo and San Francisco. To feel the earth on our bare feet, the wind through our hair and the fresh air in our lungs as we breathe mindfully through a unique, innovative, creative vinyasa flow for all levels.

Our classes feature calming essential oils, complimentary tea before, during and after class, and a community of like minded people who have similar fitness, flexibility and health goals. Decompress and find peace by quieting our minds from any jet lag or long work weeks. Book a class and make time for self-love.

Practicing yoga for over 5 years, yoga has given me the opportunity to rebirth into a newer, refreshing, healthier, mindful and most positive life; that is so important for me to motivate in the lives of others. And that is where my journey to become a certified yoga instructor began. I am a 250 hour certified vinyasa yoga teacher through the Aura Wellness Center registered through the Yoga Alliance with over 2 years of teaching experience. It really gave me a platform to share the importance of yoga and holistic living, and helping others become their highest self: physically, spiritually and mentally. I will eliminate all misconceptions and doubts anyone has ever had about yoga,making it suitable for every BODY . I also offer prenatal ,in-home private classes and teach at over 5 studio locations across the bay area.
