Qué harás

I will wait for guest(s) at Muzium Negara MRT station and walk to a designated location inside Perdana Botanical Garden.

My experience will break into 5 parts which are:

1. Warming up (Muscle/ Joint Loosening)
2. Breathing techniques
3. Tendon stretching postures
4. Tai Chi basic posture/ movement
5. Tai Chi movements flow

We start the session with normal warm up to loosen our joints and muscle. Then I will teach breathing techniques which also QiGong to flow your inner meridians. You will the sensations of flowing Chi inside your body (yes! You will feel very calming and soothing)

Next the tendon stretching where you need to hold up the postures with breathing technique I taught for a period of time. Moving on to the next part, Tai Chi basic postures so to find the rythmic movement. You will find yourself dynamically meditating to be aware of every movement.

With the combinations of all of the above, you will make yourself to move in a sequence of steps - flowing your Chi, strengthening your muscle and tendon, aware of your surroundings.

By now, you will mostly perspiring crazily even you stop your movement. Do not worry, we have interval rest on every part. Enjoy and Let's the Chi flows...

I am Chinese martial art practitioner 20 years back where I started in my university days. Still practicing until now where I practices Taijiquan, Bajiquan, Praying Mantis to name a few.

I have mastered the Taijiquan of the Chen Family & Yang Family. Besides mastery of bare fists form, I have mastery in weaponry such sword, broadsword, spear etc.

I am going to bring my vast experiences in my practice to help my guests in finding their inner self through cultivation of Tai Chi and tendon stretching (yes! You saw it right, is Tendon not Muscle Stretching). It is just like Yogic exercise... After attending my experience, you may continue to practice even at your home. You will experience improvement in your health and bodily mechanics.
