Do you feel like you waste your morning feeling slow, half awake, or unfocused? Do you feel unmotivated when you wake up, and then hope to find inspiration later in the day, but don’t?

In this online experience, we’ll walk through the morning routine that helped me get to, and keeps me competing at a world-class level. We’ll start by hydrating with a cold glass of lime-salt water and I’ll tell you the incredible story of how I made my first Olympic team after getting hit by a track and field hammer (warning: it’s the biggest bruise you’ll ever see). This event was the catalyst of my obsession with habits & routines. Next, we'll do some gentle but energising movements to activate your body. Thirdly, I'll share my "Reclaim your Blank Slate" journaling strategy to help you choose your priorities reach your goals faster. With blood flowing and a primed outlook, I’ll guide you through a short but highly effective meditation. As the finale, you'll learn the trick of how to enjoy a cold shower as well as some of the physiological benefits.

A “cheat sheet” of the routine as well as links to more info is provided after the experience.

This Experience is great for team-building, and upon request can be shortened to a 50 minute webinar style event.

Liz gave a 50-min version of this experience for my company's offsite and we really enjoyed it! We were ready to go with our salt & lime water and enjoyed hearing how the routine has set her up for success and the opportunity to ask questions at the end! Overall we found it to be both motivating and tactical - you're hearing strategies that you can begin implementing the next morning which is always nice, and it's also inspirational to hear about her personal Olympic journey.

Very interesting session to learn about a morning routine built with academic rigor and a proven track (& field) record, perhaps like a would-be chat with Bruce Banner. Adding scientific context behind the suggestions made them both a lot more memorable and actionable for me.

Liz is a very personable and articulate storyteller, and successfully persuaded several of us to try the cold shower. Appreciate the amount of science and research she used to explain the respective morning habits. My team and I came out feeling more alert and motivated!

I brought my remote team to this session with Liz. Everyone loved the session and left buzzing about what they learned and could apply in their personal and work lives. We also had a lot of fun! Liz, as you’d expect, has incredible stories to share in discipline, tenacity and performance. Where this session exceeded my expectations is how much high quality work Liz has synthesized to create her “Win the Morning” routine which is designed to allow for a minimum effective dose of many healthy practices in a window of time achievable for most people to truly engage in daily.
