Qué harás

Vinyasa yoga is rather soft and fulfilling. Gradually we move the body and stretch it, warm the body with Ojjaya's breath and oxygenate it. We calm the mind. We continuously repeat various basic sequences of greetings to the Sun and further combine them in various ways with other movements, breathing practices and experience our body. Sometimes we focus on one part of the body, or we move our practice further by looking at the yoga positions in more detail. Savasana at the end of the lesson is a main matter of course. Sometimes we can do a short meditation or a simple pranayama.

Sport became a part of my life at the age of four when I started playing tennis. After years of racing, I switched to athletics and danced hip hop for a while. I also had my passion for movement during my yoga lessons. I tried yoga for the first time at the age of 6, but it took another fifteen years before I found my way to it and fell in love with it. At yoga, I enjoy that the body strengthens and stretches at the same time, the mind calms down and new energy flows into the veins. My favorite type of yoga is vinyasa. When I took a 200-hour RYT vinyasa yoga training course led by Canadian teacher Erika Blitz, I fulfilled one of my dreams. In my classes, I try to help everyone to take a step to their own dreams, through the strengthening of body and mind.
