Gloria is an Amazing host with lots of knowledge about neuro science of sleep. And she teaches you how to deal with your own sleep. And how to make it high quality. The experience is very therapeutic. And it is making you connected with the idea that your sleep can be enhanced. Anyone attending would be sleeping like a baby.

Great experience! Gloria was a wonderful host. She introduced the body clock and the reasons why sleep is important. She also helped me identify the sleep disrupters as well as establish a morning and night routine. Highly recommended!
