Forest Bathing (Shinrin-Yoku) is a traditional Japanese awareness meditation, proven to be a profound antidote to anxiety, depression, fear and tension.

You will be taken upon a simple forest walk, whereupon your guide, Helena, will facilitate and enable a sensual immersive experience, whereby the forest languages of renewal, growth, change and impermanence will become your experiential second nature.

You will develop a sense of inner peace and stillness that will be supported and encouraged by nature's living, ever-changing process.

Absolutely no experience necessary. The requirements are a willingness to let go of your troubles, fears, worries and anxieties.

Lovely experience in the woods. Helena was an amazing guide and her words guided our movement and thoughts during the whole session. Great discusstion followed as well. Much recommended for a few hours away from it all.

This experience is very healing. I am a stressed out London GP and I have a chronic inflammatory condition. This condition was playing up before the forest bathing and this episode effectively became completely controlled / resolved after forest bathing. Ive had days of zero inflammation since then. I am amazed. So im truly impressed with how this works. Deeply recommend it.

A magical experience in a very special place. Helena guided us gently on a journey within. I had some very powerful meditations and at one point experienced a profound sense of peace.

This felt like such a nourishing experience right from the off - Helena is welcoming, warm and feels completely accepting of her guests. I was surprised by how the time flew by and we even ended up running over a little! Wonderful ending around Helena’s own fire pit, eating chocolate biscuits and drinking nettle tea. If you even think you might be into this sort of thing, give it a go - very accessible even though I’d never done anything like this before.

I can highly recommend the experience of forest bathing. We didn’t know quite what to expect or how we could fill four hours walking through the woods. How wrong we were. From the moment we met Helena and started our slow meander through the field and into the woods time seemed to have less meaning. The journey was emotional, enlightening, meaningful, educational and fun! You really do have to try it for an intensely personal and thought provoking experience. Helena is a very special person who makes this journey magical.
