Qué harás

We will spend 2 hours walking the trails of beautiful acreage. Learn to identify, collect and discuss processing of Mushrooms, Mustard, nettle, Ramps, Spruce tips (amongst other notables). Back at the Farmhouse participants will learn how to process all the finds then enjoy a 4 course meal prepared by Chef Ruthie and Heriter Farms owner Valencia. This is an intense field practicum with a 4 course meal around a beautiful hand built stone outdoor fire BBQ. Organic raised ingredients. Participants of this Workshop and Meal will be required to dress appropriate for all weather including tick spray. We will eat all that we find in a beautiful setting over looking the sun set and a working farm of Highland cows. This farm is certified ECO-Cert.
