"Look deep into nature and then you will understand everything better"- Albert Einstein.
Our interpretive guided hiking tour is leading you to the best hiking trails and most scenic spots - including stunning waterfalls and breathtaking views - of the Blue Mountains World Heritage Area. We will give you profound knowledge about local history, geology, flora and fauna and also open many opportunities for great photo shots.

Choose between several short walks or even a challenging hike of several hours - our tour is designed for small groups to offer you a most special personal experience.

Bring your own lunch along or let's stop for a coffee/lunch break (at your expense) in one of our iconic mountain villages or at the Team Rooms in the idyllic Megalong Valley. Nibbles and tea will be provided free on the track.

We love to share our excitement about 100% emission-free traveling and are therefore offering this tour in our brand new fully electrical Hyundai Kona Highlander for half of the normal price, now just $ 150 per couple.

FOR COVID SAFETY, OUR INTERPRETIVE GUIDED TOUR IS PRESENTLY OFFERED EXCLUSIVELY FOR TWO GUESTS (one booking party only).

Meet us at Wentworth Falls train station, a 90mins drive from Sydney or a relaxing two hours train ride from Central Station. If you stay overnight in the mountains, it will be our pleasure to pick you up from your accommodation

Hello from Wolfgang and Hedi. We are two local Blue Mountains hiking enthusiasts with a Parks Eco Pass license for guided hiking tours awarded by NPWS, EcoStar certified and accredited for Quality and Sustainable Tourism.

Did you know, there are 130 different species of orchid plants in the Blue Mountains? With orchids being only one species of a vast variety of plants being found in the Blue Mountains World Heritage Area, there is so much more to explore and learn about the local flora, fauna, geology (Hedi has an MSc in Mineralogy) and also history of this place. We love to be your guides.

As supporters of the Australian Conservation Foundation, we make a donation to ACF for every hiking tour, we conduct.

This day trip was outstanding!! We had four in our group and Wolfgang and his wife, Hedi were amazing guides. So personalized. They planned the day with us and took us to the exact places we had an interest in. I don’t think I have had better guides ever. They went out of their way to make our day the best ever. Wonderful people and I would HIGHLY going with them thru the Blue Mountains as opposed to the bus tours!!

An amazing experience around the Grand Canyon on the first day of reopening since the torrential rain. Wolfgang and Heidi really took care of us and knew so much about the flora & fauna, geology and history of the tour. The day was just perfect in every way and after the hike, we were taken to eat and then to Echo Point to see the Three Sisters. Many thanks to Wolfgang and Heidi for such a special day!

A wonderful day in the Blue Mountains with Wolfgang and Heidi. The weather wasn´t too good, but Wolfgang and Heidi adapted the day to the circumstances and we had some great hikes and spectacular views. Wolfgang and Heidi went out of their way to give us a great experience and a really really nice day and to share their knowledge and love for the nature and the area. This experience is highly recommendable - with no prior knowledge of the Blue Mountains we could not have made this trip on our own.

A wonderful and unique experience provided by two enthusiastic guides who are expert in the local bushcraft, flora and fauna. Wolfgang and Heidi are highly professional and adapted there programme to suit the differing needs of our party. Full of enthusiasm they provided a highly enjoyable and fun day. As well as the incredibly dramatic views; you may spot Lyre birds, Eastern water dragons and Crayfish as you picnic by the waterfall rock pools. Both myself and my wife highly recommend this excellent experience. Thanks Wolfgang and Heidi.
