The property is a self contained annexe on the side of a stone farm house situated above the town of Hay-on-Wye, looking towards the Black Mountains,with fields that run down to the Offas Dyke pathway. It is an ideal base for walking, enjoying the River Wye or visiting Hay itself. We are very animal friendly and dogs are welcome , but will need to be kept on a lead when in the proximity of the free running poultry and sheep.

An ideal area for walking, cycling, canoeing and other outdoor pursuits. Self contained with private garden and suitable for two adults. Travel cot provided if needed. Close to all local amenities - shops, pubs, eating places etc. - very well equipped with off road parking, free wifi and good mobile reception. Two nights minimum stay.
