Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Small 2 year old home sits on 20 acres but close to Lake Guntersville (8 min to boat ramp). Fenced yard for your pets. 10 minutes to Marshall North hospital, 10 minutes to Guntersville. Very peaceful and quiet. Watch deer and other wildlife from the porch. Easy parking for those with boats. 110v 20 amp electric for charging your batteries as well. One note, the gas fireplace does not currently work.

Our grounds include sandstone glades, a cleared meadow, and restoration forests.

The Oak Leaf Cottage, in the Fort Payne Alabama Historic District, served as the home for caretakers of The Oaks, its parent property, and a town icon, built-in 1884.
