A modern, concrete tilt-up house located literally metres from the beautiful Boston Bay. Your 2 bedroom private suite with its own luxurious bathroom where you can sit in the freestanding bath and look out over the bay is located in your downstairs section of the house. Relax in the indoor egg chair or on the extra large lounge, open the front bifold doors and watch seals, dolphins, whales and ospreys pass within metres. Walk out the front onto the Parnkalla Trail or just relax on the deck.

Our fully self-contained apartment is set in a peaceful neighbourhood, a short stroll down to the jetty, new boat ramp and famous long white beach. The apartment is on the ground floor of our newly built two storey home.
