Included with your rental are bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella. The owners occupy this property and are easily available. There is NO smoking, NO pets and quiet time is from 11pm - 7am We prefer to rent to families and older adults. Contactless Check-In Year Round Availability

Come stay in the BEACH ESCAPE! Walk 1,000 feet to Seabrook Beach in New Hampshire. After a day at the beach, come back to relax on the balcony overlooking the marsh, watch the sunsets and fireworks. The condo sleeps up to 3-4 people with a full sized bed and full sleeper sofa, TV, WiFi, kitchenette, central AC, and 2 chairs. Walk to amazing restaurants steps away. Our goal is for you to have an amazing time on the New Hampshire Seacoast! We have a check in time of 2PM.

Welcome to High Tide (2nd floor), a brand new (2023) Hampton Beach cottage. Located in the Island section of Hampton Beach, next to the Hampton State Park. This second floor, 3 bedroom, 1 bath cottage is perfectly located just a short walk from the sand. The cottage has central heat & AC and a washer and dryer. There's also a dedicated outdoor grilling area with a picnic table to enjoy your meals outside. There are also 2 off-street parking spots included.
