Tijdens je verblijf in dit ruime appartement kom je helemaal tot rust. Op de binnenplaats is ruimte voor 2 auto's. In de gezamelijke tuin is een trampoline en klimrek. De woonkamer heeft een tv, en pelletkachel. De badkamer heeft een royale douche. In de keuken is een magnetron/oven + vaatwasser aanwezig. De woning heeft een tweepersoonsbed en een tweepersoons slaapbank met comfortabele topper. Ideaal voor lange verblijven zijn de wasmachine en droger. Op beide verdiepingen is airconditioning.

This flat is close to public transport and within easy walking distance of the town centre. The street outside is extremely quiet, and this apartment is at the rear of the main building, thus ensuring a truly peaceful stay for our guests. It is ideally oriented towards the southwest, capturing maximum sun, late morning to late evening. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The location is great, only 7 minutes walking from the 'Vrijthof' and a 5 minute drive from the MECC, University, MUMC. In close vicinity there is everything you can wish for, a lovely park to walk, a supermarket, busstop and bars/restaurants. Space and peace in center Maastricht

The spacious , tastefully decorated apartment is on the third floor of our house from 1905, 5 minutes from the Vrijthof staying in an oasis of calm. You live with us in privacy. The second bedroom is the mezzanine in the living room, accessible with a rather steep but easy to walk miller staircase. Silence in the house between11.00 pm and 7.30 am. Of course, homecoming is allowed later than 11 pm. At arrival you must pay touristtaxes, €2,15 each a night.

Charmant appartement situé à quelques minutes du centre ville de Liège. Le logement est fonctionnel, bien équipé et chaleureux. J'ai décoré mon appartement avec des meubles chinés et trouvés sur des brocantes. Enfin, je suis disponible pour vous conseiller sur les bonnes adresses de notre ville. Je précise que votre WC - totalement privé - se trouve à quelques marches sur le palier dans la cage de l'escalier (voir commentaires)

De royale vakantiewoning heeft een eigen ingang en bevindt zich op de eerste verdieping. De woning is in landelijke stijl ingericht en heeft een mooi uitzicht over onze tuin en België, aan de overkant van de Maas. De vakantiewoning is uitstekend geschikt voor vakanties maar ook als verblijf voor zakenreizen.

We hebben besloten ons appartement, dat vrij achter ons woonhuis ligt, open te stellen voor gasten. We verwelkomen dan ook graag iedereen die even lekker wil afschakelen. Naast een verblijf in ons appartement, dat beschikt over een eigen ingang, is er ook een mogelijkheid tot het gebruik van sauna.

La suite está situada en la planta superior de nuestra propiedad. Nosotros solo utilizamos la planta baja de la propiedad. Los huéspedes disponen de su propia entrada a la propiedad. La suite (70 m2) consiste en un salón, dos habitaciones, un baño y un aseo por separado.
