Year round waterfront home right on Moosehead located in Rockwood Maine. Swim, boat, snowmobile, fish and ice fish right from the property. This home is in an exclusive association accessed down 18 miles of well maintained dirt roads. Has a large yard & boat launch area with a dock. The perfect family trip for wildlife, kayaking, rafting, fishing, bird watching swimming and sitting by the fire. Home is off grid but has solar with auto generator power to provide all the amenities including WIFI.

Lucky Duck Lodge

Privacy and comfort are yours when you stay in this spacious four season cabin which offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with its own private ponds. The cabin is supplied with linens, towels, well equipped kitchen, A/C, WiFi, screened in porch, cozy rock fireplace, picnic table, fire pit, grill and beautiful scenery. The rate includes up to 2 guests, each additional guest is $35.00/night. Pets are welcomed for a fee of $20 per pet per day(maximum of 2) and campfire wood is available $5 a bundle.

Also, the "Loft" with A/C above the garage (4th bedroom) is available for a separate fee. It has a queen bed plus twin day bed and a trundle sleeping up to 4 guests, no bathroom. The cabin has close access to ATV and snowmobile trails, the Appalachian Trail, and golf courses. The house was built in 2017 and sleeps 6 + comfortably. Access both the snowmobile and ATV trails from the driveway! Plenty of parking for trailers for all of your powersport toys. The Beaver Cove Marina is a short drive away and provides convenient access to launch your boat for the day.
