Beautiful sunsets, relaxing atmosphere, and plenty of open space. Just a few miles outside of Titusville, this newly renovated one bedroom home offers a peaceful place to stay. The house includes a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a king bed, and a pullout sofa in the living room. A fire pit, firewood, and six Adirondack chairs are available for use in a private area behind the house. There is a large backyard with trails through the woods and around the field for guests to explore.

Minutes from the lake & the Espyville marina where you can rent or launch a boat. Dog friendly yard with runner. Walk to Yorkies ice-cream after a fun day @ the lake fishing, hunting, boating & swimming. Large driveway can handle 6 cars or accommodates a boat along with your vehicles. In the evening relax by the firepit as the kids play on swing set.
