It’s a cozy, private and calm space. Kind of “quirky artsy zen”. Please note that there are steep stairs inside the apartment. Also stairs leading up to deck/door. We are on route one/Main st. This is a busy road. Guests say that the space is quiet. The location is convenient. 15 -20 minute radius to all the down east attractions. There are parks to walk dogs nearby. Laurels bakery is 2 minute walk down theThe downtown has restaurants, general store, coffee and art- to name a few things!

Unique home overlooking quaint Camden Harbor. This property has a 4BR main house and a 2BR accessory apartment that may be rented together or separately. The entire house can sleep 15-17. Note: Accessory apt is ONLY available during summer vacation weeks when owners are away. From House, you can walk up the block to the public boat launch; here, you can launch your Kayak into the Harbor or enjoy a cup of coffee overlooking ocean.Beach is a 21min walk. Ice skate on the pond. Rent out a boat during your stay. 13 min drive to downtown Camden for great restaurants and a sunset cruise on a sailboat. Close proximity to hiking trails!

"The Lair" Guesthouse

"The Lair" is a just recently renovated small 200 square foot cabin with vaulted ceilings and plenty of natural sunlight. The building is located close to Green Tree Coffee and Tea, a coffee roaster, so the aroma of coffee will be in the air. We located about 400 yards South of the Islesboro Ferry and Lincolnville Beach and 2.4 milres North of Camden Hills State Park and Mount Battie. Free coffee and tea everyday, all day! We are closed for Winter, will re-open Mid-April. Thank you.

This house encompasses the second and third floors, with great ocean views. The first floor is a separate apartment. The property has a large back yard to relax or play in and a dedicated BBQ. There is 1 ring doorbell for everyone’s security outside the front door of the house.
