Come stay at a cozy B&B on our Alpaca farm. Located in the rolling hills of the Palouse, we offer a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment in our barn with beautiful views. We have a snack cart, microwave, coffee maker & mini fridge, with a cold breakfast provided. Sleeps two ( a queen bed).

El espacio
The B&B is privately attached inside the barn, giving you your own access to come and go as you please!

If you are booking for a special event, such as an anniversary celebration or such, let us know so we can't help make your stay even better! Feel free to email us with any special requests (i.e. Rose petals, a dessert, etc). We will do our best to accommodate you!

We provide two bathrobes (size L/XL & S/M) as well as slippers so you can feel like you're truly on a vacation!

If staying during summer months, we have a table and chair set up for your convenience so you may sip your coffee while watching the sun come up as the alpacas graze. It's a beautiful experience!

During winter months, a small table with chairs are set up in the bedroom for dining purposes.

Coffee, assorted snacks and a cold continental breakfast are provided. For breakfast: muffins or cinnamon rolls, bagels, fresh fruit, yogurts and juice are in the fridge. There is a microwave, keurig, and a toaster.

We can *usually* cater to gluten free, dairy free diets. Please let us know if you have any other preferences. We are happy to assist so you can fully enjoy your stay!

We are around most of the time and are happy to answer any questions you may have about the alpacas! So, come, stay and learn about how to start your own alpaca herd! They are lovable animals and will capture your heart!

There is also a TV and DVD player with an assortment of movies! Unfortunately, we do not have cable at this time.

There is a small ironing board and iron for your convenience.

We provide Moscow Chamber of Commerce maps and brochures with information about local restaurants, businesses, and things to do!

Animals on our farm: 52 alpacas, 29 chickens, 12 ducks, rabbits, 3 barn cats, and 3 very friendly golden retriever dogs, named Violet, Poppy, and Branch (all who will most likely be around to greet you, :) and attempt to sneak in your room. Please don’t let them, no matter how much they plead! They shed horrifically!

We have a country store inside our barn. It’s open on Saturdays from 11-5. It’s right next to the b&b, inside our barn. As a guest, you will receive a 10% discount in our store if you’d like to come shop! We can open it for you during your stay, just message us. It’s not a high traffic store, but does add some extra public traffic to our farm. We just want you to be aware!
We have alpaca clothing, socks, hats, gloves, farmhouse decor, soaps, rugs, and so much more fun stuff to browse through! Make sure to check it out!

PLEASE NOTE: This is a working farm. . There are animal smells and noises! Although pets are not allowed inside the B&B space, alpaca smells do happen to linger inside and around the barn. It is a farm. If you are extremely sensitive to smells, please contact us before booking. We want you to enjoy your stay with full knowledge of our space! There are ducks and chickens that are free range and they like to talk. It’s the full farm experience out here!

ALSO: There are people working on and around the farm (feeding animals, cleaning stalls, etc) throughout the day. This is a working farm that operates typically from 8-6. We try to be as quite as possible during the morning and evening feedings. But, we are a farm.

Please let us know if you have any questions/concerns or what we can do to make your stay more comfortable!

Acceso de los huéspedes
Located just 10 minutes outside of Moscow, we are in beautiful rolling hills country.

We are a family run alpaca business, with about 35 animals. We'd love to give you the full tour of our farm and answer any questions you have about these adorable animals.

The closest shopping is in Moscow (smaller retail stores, great antique stores, boutiques and so much more!).
For bigger store shopping, Spokane and Coeur d 'Alene are just over an hour drive.

In August and September months, that is prime huckleberry picking time! We can get you maps of some hidden berry crops. So delicious!

There are quite a few hiking trails located in the entire area of the Palouse.

*Kamiak Butte, located 15 minutes away, is a great spot to pack a picnic and do an afternoon hike.

*Laird Park is a beautiful place with lots of hiking trails and river that is great to float a raft on.

*Spring Valley reservoir, located about 45 minutes away, is an amazing fishing spot and fantastic place to canoe at!

Visit the Moscow Chamber of Commerce website for more activity ideas!

Otros aspectos a destacar
You will be given a key so that you may lock up as you come and go.

We are in an extremely safe and private area and have never had problems leaving our barn unlocked. It is up to you if you'd like to lock anything up as you come and go.

Please keep out of the pens and pastures. Our little animals love to wander away if gates get left open!
You are welcome to venture in the barn, however!

We are out in the country with our own private drive. It's a very quiet and friendly little community.

There is a post office located on Main Street.
No gas stations or restaurants are in the actual town.

The main highway is about 3/4 mile away, so there is not much road noise, just the hum of the alpacas to help you fall asleep!

Durante tu estadía
We are a family run farm and are with our animals and in our barn frequently. We have a separate entrance, so, we will be out of your way.

We respect your privacy and will be happy to accommodate you with most things!

Our phone number is printed out and left for you if you have any questions!

A greeted check-in is usual, but if you arrive when we are not able to greet you, your room will be left open for you so you may come and go as you please! You will have your own key so you may lock up as you wish.

Again, please note. This is a working farm. We have some hired help that assist with cleaning stalls and pastures. Although it does not create much noise, it's just something we like our guests to be fully aware of.
