Independent apartment located on the 2nd floor of a 16th century castle located on an organic agricultural, olive and truffle estate. The 500 ha estate, nestled in the heights of the small village of Viols le Fort, will allow you to enjoy the silence, space and a superb panoramic view down to the sea.
You can relax by the swimming pool, play a game of pétanque or enjoy the ping-pong and table football available or the play area equipped for children.

To get a little exercise, you can discover on foot or by mountain bike more than 30 km of nature trails inside the estate or follow the “Passa Meridiana” route which passes at the foot of the estate and you will allow you to explore the marked trails from the village of Notre-Dame de Londres to the village of Saint Jean de Fos. Along the way, you may be surprised by a squirrel, a partridge, a rabbit or maybe even a deer.
Four Natura 2000 sites are nearby: Pic Saint-Loup, Hautes Garrigues du Montpelliérais, Gorges de l’Hérault and Lez. The Occitan region has many quality vineyards and you can discover them from the estate by following the Oenotour wine route, particularly around Pic Saint Loup.

Kayaking or horseback riding are also available nearby.

Ideally located, you can easily visit Montpellier (20 km), the listed village of St Guilhem-le-Désert (12 km), the Clamouse (12 km) or Demoiselles (24 km) caves, the Salagou lake (29 km). ), Etang de Thau (67 km), go to the seaside at Grande Motte, Grau-du-Roi or Palavas les flots (around 40 minutes)…
