This new contemporary house has been decorated in a Scandinavian style to complement the building's ski lodge look. It is situated on a quiet hill overlooking the tree and roof tops of Frome, within walking distance of the town centre and moments from open countryside. There are two private car parking spaces and flexible bed configuration to suit your requirements.

The contemporary interior is decorated in muted Farrow & Ball colours, with comfortable, fresh and modern furniture. The bed linen is Egyptian cotton (with Goose Down or Allergy Free bedding options), there are complimentary White Company toiletries and the full functioning family kitchen is kitted out with top quality crockery, cutlery and equipment. A welcome pack of bread, butter, milk, eggs and OJ is provided.

The house is split over three floors. At entrance level you will find two bedrooms and a family bathroom. A staircase leads down to the fabulous open plan kitchen/living/dining area with views out to the decked courtyard garden. There is a TV and DVD player with many, many DVDs for you to while away the hours! On the top floor there is a master bedroom with en-suite shower room.

Two of the three bedrooms can be set up as either twin or double beds, and one bedroom has a single bed with the option of an additional pull down bed for a second guest.

The property is built into the hillside so there are steps down to the front door, and the parking is on a slope. Once inside, the accommodation is split over three floors. It will keep you fit! However, it may not be suitable for people with mobility restrictions.

This is a peaceful, friendly community and we ask that you respect our neighbours. Please keep noise from becoming too loud to disturb any neighbours; this includes being sensitive and respectful of neighbours on both sides with regards to any outdoor activities or conversations. Please note, any complaints from neighbours may be treated as a breach of the Airbnb rental.

In addition, we are unfortunately unable to allow commercial vehicles to park on the private driveway, due to a very unusual covenant!
