Pollesteyn is a spacious, relaxing home with incredible views of the English countryside. It is an incredibly peaceful, homely space based, in a lovely village. It is wonderful to feel so completely absorbed in nature whilst only being 30 minutes by train to London Victoria, 20 minutes to Gatwick, 10 minutes from the M25. There is a village shop, restaurant, tennis club, park within walking distance and many incredible pubs nearby. The house is a beautiful spot for a family / friends gathering.

Our home has a large open kitchen with an attached pantry with separate sink, fridge/freezer, washing machine, drier and pantry. The kitchen is connected to our informal dining room and snug. We have a separate 'formal' lounge and dining area with large fireplace. Downstairs there is an office with a sofa bed that pulls out to a double bed. There is a large playroom. The downstairs bathroom has a shower. Upstairs there is two king rooms - both with ensuites, a cot room and a 'bunk room' with a bunk bed (cot bed underneath) and 4 single beds - two normal height and two single beds that roll out from underneath the single beds - also with an ensuite. We have some additional sleeping options that would only be appropriate for children such as a possum play couch that could easily be slept on and a bean bag that turns into a double bed. Please feel free to contact me with any questions regarding beds / room formations as we can try to adjust to fit your needs if we can.

The house is a wonderful family home but would be equally as wonderful for an adult only stay. The views are wonderful and you can enjoy your tea and croissants outside in the morning and G+T's all afternoon and evening. There are amazing walks, pubs, shops nearby, as well as being in a brilliant location to access the M25, Gatwick, London and the South East. There is a restaurant /village club, shops, park within walking distance. Please feel free to ask me any questions about the house or local area.

This is our family home, it is beautiful and very special but it is not a 5* hotel. We warmly welcome you and want you to enjoy our home as if it is yours for the duration of your stay. We can promise it will be clean and tidy but can't promise it won't be affected by the wear and tear that comes from life with 3 children under 5. I am very open and happy to answer any questions you may have in the run up to your stay.

Please note the garden is not contained by a fence/gate. We have 3 young children and we have never had a problem of the children walking up the drive, but just an FYI in case this could be a problem for your stay. The location is very rural and quiet and we only have next door neighbours on one side.
