On the sleeping side, you will have at your disposal a bedroom with storage and a double bed 140 x 190 cm, a sleeping area with two single beds 80 x 190 cm and a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room.
Ideally located in the building "les Valérianes" in the Hauts de Préclaux, you will be within walking distance of all the shops and entertainment of the resort. From the balcony you can enjoy a view of the square and the surrounding mountains.
For more comfort, this accommodation has a private ski box that will be reserved for you to store your equipment.
You will also have unlimited access to the residence's heated outdoor pool, sauna cabins and fitness area, open summer and winter in season only.

The residence:
The residence of Hauts de Préclaux, located at an altitude of 1,800 meters, forms the heart of Bois Méan's life. It envelops the central square where shops, bars and restaurants keep pace with the daily life of the resort.
