Our self contained apartment is within our home, Allegra House, where we both live and have Bed and Breakfast rooms. The apartment is self contained with full kitchen, bathroom, lounge area and balcony. Nice and spacious in a modern style which makes the most of the spectacular views. Plenty of outside space too. Breakfast is an optional extra. Rate is for two people, 3rd person (adult or child over 2) is an extra fee.

We are located just above central Paihia in the Bay of Islands. There is a bush track through the property which makes it less than 10 minutes walk to the wharf, restaurants and shops - maybe a little bit longer for the uphill return.

We have lived in Paihia and hosted guests since 1993. It is a wonderful place to live and we enjoy sharing our home with visitors and sharing ideas and information about how to make the best of your time with us. There is plenty of space to enjoy the views in the peace and quiet of your room and our communal areas but also so many things to do in the area (Waitangi,NZ's birthplace, boat trips, viewing dolphins, walking tracks and so much more) We are originally from England and Switzerland but Bay of Islands is very much our home now. We speak German and French.
