You will be ideally located in the heart of the central Place des Orres 1800 or is located all the shops: restaurant, bar, superette, souvenir shop, etc... By crossing the square just a few meters away, you will reach the ski slopes, hiking trails and downhill mountain biking.
This apartment has two real rooms equipped with double beds 140 x 190 cm. The living room opens onto a sunny balcony, facing south west to enjoy the sun of the Alps while admiring the view of the resort and the surrounding mountains.
In the living room you will find a real sofa bed for 2 people with a TV, a fully equipped kitchen area to feel like home: dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, ceramic glass hob, etc. A bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet complete the whole.
Enjoy a moment of relaxation by taking advantage of the heated outdoor pool, sauna cabins and fitness room, at your disposal for your entire stay (open space in season only, summer and winter).

The residence:
The residence of Hauts de Préclaux, located at an altitude of 1,800 meters, forms the heart of Bois Méan's life. It envelops the central square where shops, bars and restaurants keep pace with the daily life of the resort.
It offers a wide variety of accommodation, ranging from 4 to 10 people, with sometimes mountain or resolutely modern amenities, all with a balcony or terrace.
You will certainly enjoy its superb heated outdoor pool, open in season only, summer and winter, as well as its sauna cabins and fitness room.
For this winter, the wellness area is open from 2pm to 7pm, from 6 December 2025 (subject to the opening of the station) and until 10 April 2026, every day except Saturday during the French school holidays and except Thursday outside the French school holidays (forecast dates, except exceptional closures).
