This beautiful condo features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and an open concept living area with access to the private balcony offering serene water views. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for your getaway. The kitchen is open to the dining and living areas providing you with a view of the beach. Sit at the dining table or the kitchen island and enjoy your meals while taking in the view! The master bedroom has a king bed and private bathroom and the guest bedroom has 2 double beds. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room for additional sleeping.
Enjoy the gorgeous beachfront heated pool, relax on the sundeck with a good book or stroll the quiet section of Indian Shores Beach. Create an incredible meal at the onsite Gas BBQ grill area - all at your home away from home to create lasting beach vacation memories.

If you are looking to make beach memories that will last a lifetime, this beach home is it! This beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bath, beachfront condominium comfortably sleeps 6 guests and is the perfect spot for romantic getaways, family vacations or a break from the cold winter weather. Within close distance to multiple restaurants, activities and, directly on the Suncoast Beach Trolley line. Hop on the trolley and be anywhere between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach within 1/2 an hour, enjoying all of the activities that the Gulf Coast has to offer before returning to the privacy and quiet of your vacation beach home.

Close your eyes and picture yourself lounging on a wide sandy beach, waves lapping at your feet. Imagine yourself sunning poolside, book in hand. How about a romantic stroll on the beach as the sun sets in the Gulf of Mexico? Feel even lazier? Enjoy the breathtaking sunset from your private balcony overlooking the Gulf.

Oh… Don't forget your camera.

Please Note: Holiday Villas III Condominium will undergo an exterior balcony, concrete and painting restoration project over the next few months.
Crews will work their way around the building throughout the project starting on the North side and working counterclockwise. Only while your unit stack section is being actively worked on (railings removed and replaced) will you possibly not have access to your balcony during parts of your stay. Currently, the projected date of this balcony's closure is May 2026 and can take a few months. The biggest impacts from this project will be noise during working hours and with parking adjustments during your stay. Typical construction hours will be Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm at which time the pool will be closed. Currently the pool will be open 4PM-10PM and weekends.
