Dar Khmissa is located next to 90% of the famous monuments and attractions of the Ochre city. Its 6 rooms and one suite will welcome you all year round.

The Indigo room is air-conditioned by the central patio. this room combines charm, elegance and simplicity. mostly blue like in a dream. It has a 180 cm “King Size” double bed. It can be installed with two separate 90 cm beds. It is equipped with a small bathroom with shower and toilet. Safe, hairdryer, bathrobes, djellabas, and in addition to the kettle, a Nespresso coffee maker are at your disposal.

Dar Khmissa is located in the centre of Marrakech just two minutes from the Jemaa El Fna square, next to the avenue Fétouaki where you can visit the Bahia and Badia palaces, the Méllah market, the jewellers, fabrics and spices souks, as well as the kasbah district.
The riad is close to everything so you can visit it all on foot. We suggest that our guests take a taxi just to visit the Majorelle garden and the Yves Saint Laurent museum.
