Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Tropic is a contemporary, single story home decorated in soothing shades of driftwood and white with oak floors, granite counter tops, oversized walk-in shower, large privacy fenced back yard, front and back porches, BBQ grill, outdoor games, indoor arcade games, Roku tv (4), internet and keyless entry. Convenient, private parking in the driveway in front of the house. All the ABCs of a great vacation, Amenities, Beauty and Comfort is here

El espacio
The house is light infused with lots of windows and spacious with an open floor plan, tray ceilings, ceiling fans, and three large bedrooms.
The Master bedroom is furnished with a king size sleigh bed and is a suite with its own private bath. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and the 3rd bedroom is perfect for young adults and children with 2 full size and 3 twin size bunks beds. Every bedroom has overhead and task lighting and a television. The great room is a combined dining and living room with dining table and large breakfast bar at the open, cook's approved furnished kitchen and the living room has ample seating for everyone plus a large wall mounted television with Roku service.
There is a sunroom and a patio with direct access to the backyard.

Tropic is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood with easy access to many of the best entertainment and dining venues on PCB. It is less than 5 minutes from Grand Lagoon with restaurants, shops, Pirate Ship, Glass Bottom Boat, Charter fishing fleet and Party Fishing boats. You can also rent pontoon boats if you'd like to be the Captain of your own vessel for a half or full day of fun dolphin watching out in the beautiful crystal clear Gulf of Mexico. Another exciting venue close to Tropic is the award winning St. Andrews State Park where, jetties, sea do and bike rentals, wildlife, picnic and grill areas, children's playground, boat dock, camp sights (reservations required) 2 museums, rookery, gator pond and more. Shelling and Deer Watching are always part of the fun at St. Andrews State Park.
There are many additional great places to enjoy near Tropic, including restaurants, shopping, putt putt golf, professional designed pro golf courses, dive charters, parasailing and more...
