2️⃣ Smoking & Drinking Policy: You are welcome to enjoy your drinks inside the apartment. Smoking is permitted only in the balcony.
3️⃣ Hygiene & Sanitisation: All Felice properties are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised before every guest's arrival.
4️⃣ Parking: Free Bike parking near the premises. For car parking please notify us in advance. We can also assist you with car and bike hires.
5️⃣ Housekeeping Services: Every 3 day housekeeping/cleaning services are provided. If additional cleaning is required, feel free to request, and we will do our best to arrange it.
6️⃣ Power Backup: The property is equipped with an inverter backup, which provides up to 5 hours of power for fans and lights.
7️⃣ Guest Welcome & Assistance: Our caretaker will personally greet you upon arrival and provide a detailed house tour, unless it's a late night self check in for which the host will be in touch with you.
8️⃣ Late Check-Out Policy: Prior approval is required for late check-outs. We’ll be happy to accommodate requests based on availability with extra charges. Uninformed or unauthorised late check-outs will incur a penalty of half-day rent.
