1. **Property Location**
* This property is located on the 3rd floor. Please note that there is no elevator, only stairs within the facility.
2. **Surrounding Environment**
* As the property is part of a shrine building, you may hear drums or traditional court music from rituals during the day. Thank you for your understanding.
3. **Regulatory Compliance**
* This facility is operated under the Private Lodging Business Act. Submission of passport and personal information is required. If this information is not provided, we may refuse your stay.
4.** Regarding the Shower**
*Please note that only one shower booth is available. Thank you for your understanding.
5. **Smoking Policy**
* Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
6. **Noise Policy**
* Please refrain from loud activities such as parties or gatherings. Be considerate of the neighbors and keep quiet after 9:00 PM.
* If disruptive noise is caused, especially during night or early morning hours, a fine of ¥30,000 + tax will be charged.
7. **Indoor Etiquette**
* Please remove your shoes indoors.
* Smoking or littering cigarette butts inside or on the balcony will result in a ¥30,000 + tax fine.
* Damaged or stained furnishings or equipment will incur repair or replacement costs.
8. **Cleaning**
* No cleaning service is provided during your stay. For long-term stays, additional cleaning is available upon request (extra charges apply).
9. **Trash Disposal**
* Illegal dumping of trash near the premises will result in a ¥30,000 + tax fine.
* Abandoning large items such as suitcases will incur disposal and handling fees + tax.
10. **Guest Limit**
* Exceeding the number of guests in your reservation is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized guests will be charged a penalty of ¥20,000 per person.
11. **Use for Drinking Parties**
* If vomiting occurs during a drinking party, a flat cleaning fee of ¥50,000 will be charged.
12. **Parking**
* The shrine’s parking lot is not available for guests. Please use the nearby coin-operated parking lot (with a maximum fee cap).
**Prohibited Actions**
* Excessive noise, smoking, illegal dumping of trash, exceeding guest count, damage or staining of equipment, and taking amenities.
**Early Check-in / Late Check-out**
We do not offer early check-in or late check-out. However, from 12:00 PM onward, you may leave your luggage in the room in advance. Please note that the room may not be fully ready at that time. After placing your luggage, kindly return the key to its original location for the cleaning staff.
