The holiday apartment with outdoor pool and whirlpool (extra charge) is located on the ground floor in a quiet side street and features a spacious, partially covered terrace with awning and a private garden with separate garden gate access. During their stay, guests have access to a lockable bicycle garage with an e-bike charging station and a free carport located directly at the house.

The ****-star holiday apartment ‘AlpenAppartement Traumzeit’ has been newly furnished, modernly equipped and lovingly designed in a country house style – it invites you to feel at home and relax. The approx. 83 m² accommodation is ideal for both families and couples. It has a separate bedroom with a double bed, its own smart TV, a large wardrobe and separate shoe cupboard, as well as the option of adding a comfortable cot with a high-quality mattress (bedding available on request). The spacious living room (approx. 25 m²) has additional sleeping accommodation for up to 2 people. The exclusive fold-away bed is equipped with 2 beds that can be used flexibly as single or double beds and can be set up and taken down in just a few simple steps. This means that the spacious living room is available for unrestricted use during the day. There is also a three-piece sofa set (2-seater / 3-seater / footstool) and a new, large-format flat-screen TV with streaming services. A special highlight is the soapstone fireplace. Adjacent to the living room is a dining area with an Alpine corner bench. The high-quality and spacious kitchen also has its own seating area. It is fully equipped with electrical appliances (including a microwave, eye-level oven, fridge-freezer, four-plate induction hob, dishwasher, kettle, Filter coffee machine, Nespresso capsule machine, toaster, egg boiler, mixer, multifunctional food processor, hand mixer, baby food warmer) and various tableware sets (large dinner service, coffee service, children's tableware with cutlery, etc.). Original pizza and pasta plates are available for Italian evenings. The holiday apartment is also equipped with a wide variety of drinking glasses (water, juice, beer, white wine, red wine, cocktail, sparkling wine, schnapps, grappa glasses, etc.). For those who like it spicy, there is a generous spice cabinet. The friendly, bright bathroom consists of a new wall-mounted toilet, bathtub, separate shower, generous three-door mirror cabinet, large washbasin, illuminated cosmetic mirror, hairdryer and ample storage space.



The spacious, sunny, partially covered terrace with automatic, sensor-controlled awning and a private garden with separate garden gate access is equipped with garden furniture. There is also storage space for bicycles in a lockable bicycle garage. A carport directly at the house is available to guests free of charge.
