The Beach Bothy is a brand-new, ocean front, double-storey home designed to comfortably host up to 10 guests across four bedrooms, each with brand-new appliances, smart tvs and beds with luxurious fresh linen.

Bedroom 1 – Sleeps 2
Bright and spacious retreat with a queen bed, crisp linen and coastal touches. Large windows with plantation shutters bring in plenty of natural light and the ceiling fan keeps it cool and breezy. This bedroom has a private ensuite with shower and towels provided.

Bedroom 2 – Sleeps 2
Styled in calming faded coastal tones with a queen bed and fresh bedding. A comfortable, versatile space for couples or solo travellers. Pops of colour make this room feel beachy and fun. Open the windows and listen to the sea all night long.

Bedroom 3 – Sleeps 2
A cosy queen room with soft sheets and a bit of a vintage theme. Includes plenty of storage and a ceiling fan for comfort. Colours are golds and olive with nods to the history of the sea. It should make you smile!

Bedroom 4 – Sleeps 2–4
Perfect for families or groups, featuring two king singles plus pull-out trundles for extra guests. This Scottish themed room is flexible and practical, with comfortable linen and a relaxed setup.

Downstairs retreat
Has a lounge, tv, celing fan and direct access to the backyard. A great escape area to sit and chill.

Work area
This is the perfect retreat to work from home. Access to oversize curved monitor and desk with high speed wifi.

Outdoor Area
The backyard is fully enclosed which is perfect for families with young children. The back gate has a code for security and leads to the path directly onto the beach. Carry across your chairs or rugs for your own private beach picnic.
A large area of the back garden is covered with synthetic turf making it ideal to play games or set up a pickleball championship competition!

Living spaces
The open-plan living room includes a comfortable lounge and smart TV, flowing into the dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Reverse aircon keeps the house cool in summer and cosy in winter. Large windows and balcony access take full advantage of the oceanfront views. The balcony view is the WOW factor! Perfect to watch the sunset and listen to the waves.
