This room is on the THIRD floor of a brand new three story Townhome in the heart of Hollywood, off the street and secured by gated access. There are two bedrooms on this floor, each with private bathrooms.

PARKING: Street parking is free & unlimited in my neighborhood :) Just double check any signs you see to make sure there haven't been any changes.

After opening the front door, head up one flight of stairs to the common areas of the living room, kitchen, and balcony, then head up one more flight of stairs past the princess room to the master lego room!

Heads up: We originally designed this Mario themed Airbnb rental to be an ENTIRE Townhome rental for families to come and enjoy and play! However, your rental is a more affordable Private Room rental with a Shared Common space. For this option, we have quiet hours, no children under 7, and don't offer the tv/games, rooftop, or full on cooking in the kitchen. We have just had too many complaints from other guests regarding these issues! Thank you for understanding and we hope you still have an incredible time!! 🥳🎉🎈

Otros aspectos a destacar
* Check-in is ANY time after 4pm and Check-out time is before or at 11am

* Quiet hours are from 10pm - 9am

* You’re welcome to freely store a few items in the fridge, grab water/ice, and use the microwave, but this is a SHARED KITCHEN- if you use it to cook- clean hand wash immediately after and put away for other guests who may be wanting to use cook and dishware. Be mindful of other guests.

* Using the Kitchen failing to clean up after yourself will result in a $50 fee.

* No children under 8 years old are allowed due to safety features of the home and noise for close proximity to other guests.

*Absolutely no Amazon or other deliveries should be made using our homes address. Amazon Lockers and post offices are acceptable other options. We do this for safety and for no complications.

* No pets are allowed (Service Animals must be pre-warned with proof of service and will incur an additional cleaning fee of $50/night)

* No additional guests

* No smoking inside or on balconies as smell comes into the rooms. SMOKE OUTSIDE- ONLY ON SIDEWALK OUTSIDE OF OUR GATE. Smoke smell in rooms is $150

* If you arrive late or are out late, please be conscious of noise getting back to your room.

* Luggage can be held for an additional $25. Must be approved w/ host on the app. Drop off luggage on the day of check-in between 7am-3pm, or leave luggage to pick up later on the day of check-out until 10pm.

* An additional $25 per 30min fee will incur for each additional half hour stayed past 11:00am check-out in respect for our cleaner's schedule unless previously arranged.

* Sleeping in common areas of the house will result in a $100 fee.

* Using laundry machines is $50 +

* Breaking any of these house rules will result in a $100 fee.

* Please note we do not have additional parking spaces for guests.
