Enjoy a luxury king suite with oceanfront accommodations! 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath unit that sleeps 4 with a private oceanfront balcony, full kitchen and living room. The following unit(s) and date(s) are available with my timeshare: Unit 608 (6th floor) for reservations May 30 - June 6, 2026. Please note that reservations must be for the entire week (Saturday-Saturday).

The kitchen is equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, 4-burner stove with oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, cookware, and glassware, dishes, and flatware for 6. The dining room area seats four. The living room sofa folds out into a queen-sized sleeper. All living rooms overlook the beach. A door between the master bedroom and the hallway leading to the rest of the unit ensures privacy. The bedroom has a king size bed, a dresser with six storage drawers and mirror, cable TV, and a double closet.

For weekly rentals, housekeeping will not enter or service units during the week, but fresh towels and linens can be requested, as needed. For your convenience, trash chutes are located on the north end of each hallway.

There is one parking space for each unit at Barclay Towers. Should you bring a second car or have guests visiting you, you can purchase parking through the City Garage directly across the street from Barclay Towers. The garage offers a discounted rate to Barclay Towers guests.

Pets and smoking are not permitted. Violation of this policy may result in fines.

Please note that the resort maintains the units for timeshare owners, including cleaning, decorating, and maintenance. Barclay Towers makes every effort to prepare all units for occupancy at the stated check-in time. However, in some instances it may be necessary to delay occupancy until the unit has been properly cleaned. Any issues with the unit should be directed to the front desk staff.
