The Space:

BEDROOMS
- This quaint Portuguese-inspired home features 6 spacious bedrooms - 3 on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor of the property.
- Each of these bedrooms are bejewelled with aesthetic wooden furnishings and is equipped with a plethora of amenities including comfortable queen-sized beds, AC, wardrobes, Wi-Fi access and ensuite bathrooms.
- With views of the lush fields, two of the bedrooms on the first floor offer balconies with cosy seating arrangements.

BATHROOMS
- There are 6 attached bathrooms and 1 powder room on the ground floor.
- All ensuite bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
- As you step into this home, you will see that this home is decked with historic character, around every corner.
- Although most are particularly fond of the wooden beams and brick walls, the first thing to catch your eye would definitely be the aesthetic staircase.
- But before you head up, stop by the ground floor living room, offering air-conditioned seating for up to 12 people.
- As you go up the stairs, you will find yourself in another living area which gives out a more cosy vibe and is perfect for an evening wine & cheese soiree for a group of 7 to 8.
- There is a TV, seating space, a plush daybed with comfortable armchairs and this space opens up to the breezy balcony you would love to swing by with a glass of wine, every once in a while.
- If you feel like you need to freshen up, the home is also blessed with a relaxing pool, 19 ft. x 11 ft. in size with a 4 ft. depth.
- Guests can access the pool from 7 AM to 9 PM.

KITCHEN
- Guests can access the villa kitchen for a usage charge of Rs 1000.
- It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier, and a mixer-grinder.
- Crockery and cutlery are available.

FOOD
-All meals are available in-house on an a la carte basis.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

Share a barbecue feast and a bottle of your favourite wine under the as the night falls, surrounded by the twinkling of the night sky. When you're ready to venture out, Goa’s main sights are all reachable by car – including Candolim Beach, Calangute beach, Aguada fort, famous clubs and the best of restaurants and eateries.
