This immaculate property finished to a very high standard, is the perfect gateway for a romantic break. Located 2 miles from Wells city centre and the stunning Cathedral built in 1175 this is a lovely place to while away a few hours. A popular destination for cyclists and walkers with many picturesque routes to follow, including the Strawberry Line, a traffic-free path from Yatton to Cheddar through flat marshes and cider apple orchards.

Stepping through the front door of this fabulous property you enter into a bright and airy, open-plan kitchen,/diner and living area which offers plenty of room. The soft grey décor provides a calming atmosphere whilst the herringbone kitchen flooring and oak kitchen worktops give a touch of class. The kitchen is well-equipped providing everything you need to rustle up a home-from-home meal. Leading from the entrance hall is a spacious bedroom with a cosy king-size bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Finally, you have a shower room with a large double-headed shower, hand basin and WC.

Externally you have a private patio area with a relaxing sofa and dining table and chairs. Additional facilities on site include a pay-as-you-go laundry and a café/bar just across the lawned gardens which offer fresh coffee, tasty cakes, ciders, wine and more. You can also enjoy woodfired pizzas on Fridays. This property has a private water supply.
