This newly renovated trailside loft is close to downtown, the National and Metro Parks and art museum. Built in a historic rubber factory along the canal, windows overlook water along the towpath trail. With short biking and hiking to downtown restaurants, you'll find live music venues or just some artisan ice cream. The location offers an authentic Akron experience, with locally sourced, sustainably made furnishings and art. Both urban and parkside outdoor spaces have good light and views.

The entire two bedroom, corner loft with over 1,000 square feet and twelve new wood windows is located on the top floor of a 3 story building that re-opened in 2016 following a multi-million dollar renovation of a 1904 rubber factory. Restored hardwood maple floors from the original factory add warmth, authenticity and beauty the the artfully designed and furnished interior.

I have sucessfully leased the Trail Stay suite 200 prior to listing it on Airbnb and am confident guests will find it a great place to stay. It is filled with sustainable amenities, locally sourced furnishings and art.
