> Zamalek is a very exclusive small island in the center of Cairo it is quiet, safe and walkable with all what you need is within 10 min that's why the prices are higher in zamalek compared to nearby locations such as Dokki, Abu El feda , Agouza etc ... while you may find better looking flats but the area is crowded and noisy at night which may bother you and that's why the prices in Zamalek are higher than the crowded surrounding areas.

TIP:
Agouza, Dokki, Boula, Shobra,Abu El Feda, Mohandeseen, and Garden city are not in Zamalek. Only listings in Zamalek are in Zamalek and are on the island which is surrounded by the river Nile. That's where all the embassies are and ambassadors' residences its vibrant, quiet , peaceful and most importantly its safe, very walkable and all what you need is around you. The above mentioned areas are both noisy and very crowded during the day and night.

VISITORS:
Visitors need to register their valid ID with the security desk at the entrance of the building . Visitors who do not do that will not be allowed to enter the flat .
Single Egyptian women are not allowed to visit single male as per Egyptian Law.
EGYPTIAN / ARAB GUESTS ONLY*:
Egyptian/ Arab guests will be asked to prove they are legally married as per Egyptian local law,, which will be verified by my lawyer. Initially before booking a copy is sufficient but the original will need to be presented at check in so my lawyer can verify and will be returned back within 2 hrs .
“ ORFI “ marriage certificates are not legal as they are not recognised by the Egyptian courts . If a legal certificate of marriage is not provided, a reservation cannot be accepted.
*This applies to all Egyptians with an Egyptian citizenship or ID or passport. Please note that guests that hold an Egyptian passport or ID and another citizenship/ passport are considered as Egyptians in EGYPT as per the law and not foreigners or citizens of their other Nationality and will have to comply with above rules.
