Welcome to our bright and modern one-bedroom holiday unit, located in connection with a farm building on a small working farm with a stable and riding hall. The unit has a high, recently built standard and is suitable both for horse enthusiasts and for guests seeking a peaceful and slightly different stay close to nature and the sea.

The unit includes

• Spacious living room with open kitchen layout (approx. 50 m²)
• Large bathroom (approx. 11 m²) with shower cabin, toilet, sink and washing machine
• One separate bedroom
• Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and essential kitchenware
• Underfloor heating throughout the unit
• Large roofed outdoor patio
• Internet and electricity included

A monitor/tv is available for streaming your own services.

Sleeping arrangements

The unit is prepared for up to 5-6 guests, but additional floor mattresses can be provided for larger groups.

Bedroom:
Bunk bed with lower bunk 120 x 200 cm and upper bunk 75 x 200 cm, plus a single bed 90 x 200 cm. 3 or 4 people can comfortably sleep in the bedroom, especially if two are children and sharing the 120 cm bed.

Living area:
Sofa bed suitable for 2 guests. The spacious layout also allows for additional mattresses if needed. Please contact us in advance if you are a larger group to discuss sleeping arrangements.

Location and surroundings

The unit is located near the sea and surrounded by forest, coastal landscapes and rural surroundings. The area is peaceful. As this is a working farm, some daily activity and occasional sounds from horses and normal farm operations should be expected. This is a natural part of the character and charm of the property.

The location is ideal for relaxation, hiking, riding, fishing or sightseeing. Boat rental (Kværnø 585, 115 hp) is available by arrangement.

Bringing your horse
===============
If you wish to bring your own horse, this can be arranged by prior agreement. Stable is available for rent during your stay, and horse feed can be purchased if needed. Guests bringing horses may also access the riding facilities, including an indoor riding hall, outdoor riding arena and round pen. The surrounding area offers scenic riding trails and mountain routes.

Additional information

Bed linen and towels can be rented if you prefer not to bring your own.

The unit is very wheelchair friendly. But please note that the bathroom has a shower cabin. Contact us if you have specific accessibility needs or questions.
