Upstairs provides a light-filled open plan living area, upstairs with fully equipped kitchen and dining area provide both comfort and space for the whole family. Large windows capture the peaceful outlook, bringing natural light and the calming feel into the living spaces.

Downstairs children's haven with games, smart tv and couch.

Step outside and you’ll discover another highlight of the property — a fantastic outdoor entertaining area complete with an outside Coonara heater, large TV, huge gas bbq and a ten-seater outdoor setting. Whether you’re hosting weekend BBQs, enjoying sunrise coffees, or simply relaxing with family, this space is ideal for making the most of the stunning setting.

The property also features a double garage, and plenty of free street parking, making it perfect for families or entertainers with multiple vehicles, guests, boats, or trailers.

2 Bathrooms upstairs, downstairs main bathroom with bathtub / shower and separate powder room.

All Bed have sleeping duck mattresses, bed and bath Linen is provided at this property. Just remember to bring your own pool/lake towels.

Zip tap provided that has filtered cold water and instant boiling.

Refrigerated / ducted cooling and heating throughout the house.

Self Check IN: This property is Self-Check In. Be sure to read the Self-Check In instructions carefully and contact us anytime if you have any problem finding the location. The check-in instruction will be sent to you at Midday on the day of your arrival.

Cleaning: For any cleaning issues, we ask that you report any concern within 24hrs of arrival to the office. Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

Loss OF Keys: Once you checked in the keys and access devices are your responsibility. Charges will apply for loss of key/access devices. If you get locked out of the house, you will be charged $100 for attending the house and unlocking the door (or you can call a local locksmith).
