Las casas de los alrededores son residencias generales. Preste especial atención a lo siguiente:

- Está prohibido fumar en el interior. Solo se permite fumar en las zonas designadas para ello.
- Si se deja una maleta como basura después de tu estancia, se te cobrará una tarifa de eliminación de 10 000 yenes.
- Si el número de ocupantes excede el número reservado o se da información falsa, se cobrará una sanción de 5000 yenes por persona por encima del límite o por persona falsamente reportada.
Además, la pérdida del dispositivo wifi o las llaves dará lugar a un cargo de 50 000 yenes, y los daños al mobiliario de la habitación requerirán una compensación equivalente al costo de los nuevos reemplazos.
