Note: If you plan to have additional guests, please tell us in advance before check-in so we can confirm availability and approval.
✔ Only registered and confirmed guests listed in the Airbnb reservation may enter and stay in the unit
✔ Infants and kids are considered guests
✔ Visitors are not allowed even for a short time (no quick visits, drop-offs, or meet-ups inside the unit)
🔐 The building has 24/7 security, and all guests must be properly registered. Unauthorized persons may be denied entry by security.
📌 AMENITIES with fee
Please inform us in advance if you will avail of any of the amenities listed below. Passes are available at Tower 5, P2 Admin Office (M-F 9am-6pm, Sat 9am-1pm). Passes to amenities cannot be purchased on days and times that admin is closed such as a Sunday or a holiday.

🏠 House Rules
• Extra guests exceeding two (2) will incur charges. Make sure to use the exact booking number of guests when making the reservation.
• Clean linens/towels are provided once per stay; replacements or additional requests are ₽300/person/set (towel, linen)
• Any damages or stains in fabric or missing items will be charge to the guest
• No smoking/vaping.
• For on-the-day Saturday & Sunday bookings, there might be delays due to admin office closure, but we’ll assist you with check-in.
NOTE: In this case, please inform us of your check-in time so we could assist you at your preferred time.
