A Few Things Worth Knowing Before You Book
✓ The loft staircase is steep — guests with mobility limitations may find the upper level difficult to access. Keep in mind the only full shower in the home is located in the loft bathroom
✓ The main level bedroom has a private toilet and sink, but no shower or tub — everyone in the home will use the loft bathroom to shower
✓ The driveway has an incline but manageable — up to 2 vehicles can park at the top near the front door. A flatter parking area is available at the bottom of the hill, which requires climbing steps to reach the entrance. All-wheel drive or high-clearance vehicles are recommended during winter months

Cancellation
Our cancellation policy, as outlined on the booking platform, applies to all reservations. Refunds are not provided for weather-related events or natural disasters. In the event a refund is issued, applicable credit card processing fees will be deducted.
