It is extremely well connected by public transport making it easy for you to access all parts of the city
The attractive living room has a cosy sofa area with flat screen TV, DVD, sound system and a dining area consisting of an elegant table and chairs seating 4 people. Patio sliding doors lead onto a stunning terrace [35mSq] containing 2 sun loungers, a large outdoor dining table and chairs seating 4 people and an abundance of mature plants and trees providing a tranquil space for relaxing in the sun or dining al fresco.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, juicer and a wide range of kitchenware.
The apartment has two exterior facing bedrooms: one double with wardrobe and one with two single beds and wardrobe. Both bedrooms lead onto a delightful terrace [31mSq] decorated with shrubs and plants and a small patio table and chairs, ideal for relaxing in the afternoon/evening sun.
The bathroom is fully equipped with shower, washbasin and toilet. Each guest will receive towels and linen.

This is a bustling residential area with a wide range of bars, cafes and restaurants. Supermarket, pharmacy, banks, ATMs, bakeries and fruit/veg shops are all within easy walking distance. There is also a friendly, daily local market for high quality fresh produce and local delicacies.
