The Meadows Christchurch is a unique self-contained accommodation experience for up to four guests either on vacation or business, great for that special occasion- the milestone birthday or anniversary.
You will enjoy a very comfortable and well-appointed accommodation unit.
Wake up to the quiet, of the natural green environment. The freshness of the morning merges into the lazy afternoon and then continues through to the end of the day when you can relax and enjoy the evening outdoors.

Second bedroom with 2 luxury king single beds.
Your own lounge and dining area with a well-equipped kitchenette for preparing meals if you choose to eat in.
Separate shower and bath.
Drive your vehicle in to your own secure garaging with internal access to your accommodation / living area.
A fully equipped laundry is provided for your personal use
Individual Patio / BBQ area.
Outdoor games- including a badminton & volleyball net.
Gym equipment – Treadmill & Exercycle.
Heat pump/ air conditioner
Double glazing – opening windows throughout
Get close to nature:
The “Meadows” is close to pine forests- suitable for a number of activities.
The Meadows has several fully fenced grazing areas that are home for some sheep and friendly cattle. You can get close and experience that country connection and even assist with feeding out ( As the season allows )
In the evening in the warmer months you can sit out under the big willow tree next to the pond area and enjoy a snack and drink and get that -close to nature experience.
Walking / exercise track on site.
Your family dog can be accommodated by arrangement.

Large garden and green lawn area allows for a quiet relaxing stay

My wife Judy and I are on-site hosts - living next to the Villa. We both enjoy gardening and the outdoors. we love all animals and have 2 dogs, 4-6 head of cattle, the odd rescued horse. The property has a rural outlook but is close by car to central Christchurch and the international airport. We enjoy hosting guests and learning about their home country or region.
