Our charming large Victorian house has 4 large bedrooms with 3 double beds and 1 bunk bed. We have an open planned living area and a large kitchen leading out to the garden via French patio doors. We have one main bathroom and an ensuite shower room off the master bedroom. Our house is situated in vibrant Canton town with shops and restaurants within a 2 minute walk and Cardiff city centre a 20 minute walk. There are also excellent public transport links to Cardiff Bay and the Millennium Centre.

Our traditional Victorian house has an open plan double living room area with a dining table one side and 2 sofa's, tv with Netflix and BT sport, DVD player and stereo the other side. There is a large, traditional kitchen diner with French doors leading to a furnised patio area with a small lawn with a childrens trampoline and childrens den above the shed. On the first floor there is the main bathroom and 3 double bedrooms, the master bedroom has a huge superking size bed and an en-suite shower room. The 2nd bedroom has childrens bunk beds and the 3rd bedroom has a double bed. On the second floor there is a double attic bedroom with a comfortable double sofa bed. The house is traditionally furnished with beautiful tiled and wooden floors downstairs.

We have 2 friendly resident Cats (brothers) Charlie and Archie, who will need feeding during your stay, please.
They have a cat flap leading out to the garden and they come and go as they please. We kindly ask that you ensure that they don't go out the front door which leads on to the main road, therefore when you are coming and going can you please ensure the front door is closed promptly. Thank you.

Cardiff is the cosmopolitan capital city of Wales. Situated by the coast with excellent links by car to London (2hrs), Breacon Beacons mountain range (30mins), beautiful beaches (30mins), and the stunning Gower penninsula (1hr) and historic castles, too numerous to mention here. Our house is situated in Canton, which is a self contained town with excellent & varied restaurants and shops all within a 2 minute walk from our house. Around the corner is the superb & vibrant Chapter Arts Centre:-((URL HIDDEN) which boasts a cinema, gallery, theatre and an excellent children cafe / bar / restaurant, which is great place to to mingle & relax with the locals. They also run a number of seasonal classes for children and adults. We are ideally located within easy walking distance of numerous parks:- Thompson park for picnics and feeding the ducks (5 minute walk), Victoria park for an outdoor paddling pooling, cafe and childrens play area (10 minute walk), Llandaff fields for bike rides, play area and access to the Taff trail for walks and cycling which lead to a fairy tale castle in one direction and Cardiff Bay in the other. There is so much to do within walking distance and Cardiff is also well served by public transport with Cardiff Bay Waterfront and Llandaff Cathedral only a 10 minute bus ride from the house. There are also a range of childrens / sporting activities, such as Cardiff International Pool with a 50m pool and indoor water slides, Cardiff International ice rink and white water rafting center (all next to each other). There is also the a Welsh folk museum and lake and seaside walks (all within a 5 mile radius of our house). The city centre itself is a 20 minute walk or 5 minutes by bus or taxi and is centred around Cardiff castle, the Museum and the Millenium Rugby Stadium. There are unique arcades with original boutiques & cafe's as well modern shopping centres and excellent restaurants, all easily explored by foot.
