This is our newly renovated, modern, and central one bedroom flat with all the modern amenities for sleeping up to 4. The flat itself is situated 15 minutes walk from the City Centre, Royal Mile, Arthur Seat, and Waverley Train Station. The flat is ideally connected to the airport, the tram stop approx. 7 minutes walk from the flat.
The flat is located on the ground floor, with its own private entrance, set within a quiet street, but within a central location, surrounded by lots of amenities.

**Covid-19 update**

I am taking the safety of our guests very seriously during their stay. At the moment, in order to follow the UK government social distances measures and so that you can relax and enjoy peace of mind during your stay at my flat, I wanted to communicate to you that I am taking all possible and necessary cleaning arrangements before and after your stay. At the moment I am following the Airbnb 5-step cleaning process. This involves: 1) preparing the cleaning materials such as ordering / purchasing specialist cleaning supplies such as gloves and face masks to use whilst preparing the flat. 2) Giving the flat a deep clean. 3) Sanitising all surfaces within the flat using antibacterial cleaning products. 4) After cleaning and sanitizing, i review the room-by-room checklists in my Airbnb and ECDC cleaning handbook to ensure that all appropriate areas have been cleaned and sanitized. 5) Changing into clean clothes and fresh gloves / face mask to lay out clean bed linen and fresh towels. I then leave a 3 hours after I clean before you check-in to purify the air.

I will also provide additional cleaning materials in the flat for the duration of your stay so that these are available should you need them during your stay. E.g., antibacterial sprays and wipes.

The flat has been renovated to give it a contemporary feel. The flat is packed with welcoming, cosy and charming features. For instance, the living area is situated on the ground floor, and the master bedroom is located upstairs on a mezzanine level, which overlooks the living area (note to tall people: if you are over 6ft tall, you might feel ceilings are a bit low!).
The flat is peacefully situated to the front of a traditional victorian tenement building within Edinburgh's very popular and central location of Hillside, making all popular city attractions, such as Holyrood Palace and the Royal Mile, a short walk away.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with 100% cotton bed linen to comfortably sleep 2. We also leave an adjustable phone charger for Apple, Samsung and HTC, in case you forget yours.

The living room benefits from a 40” tv which has Netflix and the Disney+ tv apps available with an Airbnb guest login. It also has a sofa bed, that easily folds into a large double bed, sleeping a further two people comfortably.

In order to make your stay more comfortable, we have taken onboard feedback from a few guests regarding the bathroom, and have recently installed a new luxury compact shower room.
We would advise that our flat does sleep up to 4 people, however 2 or 3 is more comfortable due to the compact size of the flat and living areas.
The flat also features broadband internet (WiFi).

Fully equipped with WiFi internet, fridge/freezer, iron/ironing board, hairdryer, electric cooker and microwave. There is a sofa bed in the apartment allowing up to 4 guests to stay at any time. All linen and towels are provided. Tourist leaflets are also available in the flat.

Hillside is a lovely area of the city enviably located on the edge of the New Town with Edinburgh city centre. Less than 10 minutes walk to Princes Street, the location couldn't be more convenient to explore the city for a few days.
Within a couple of minutes walk from the flat is Easter Road, which has a variety of patisseries, and coffee shops for excellent daytime breakfast/lunch.
The flats location is within walking distance to George Street's stylish restaurants and shops, Jenners, Harvey Nichols, Playhouse Theatre, cinemas, museums, the banking district of St Andrews Square, Waverley Train Station, Holyrood Palace, Scottish Parliament, Calton Hill and Royal Mile etc.
