The space
- My condo is a luxury beautiful 2 bedroom apartment with en-suite
- 2 king beds good for 4 adults and 2 children
- Basic toiletries like shampoo, hair conditioner & shower gel will be provided
- All linen, bath towels and pool towels are provided

Good for Holiday & business trip stay either for meeting, courses or attending event, exhibitions.

p/s: flexible check in & check out time, depends on the schedule of the previous and the next guests. Kindly consult us.

Cleaning & changing of Linen and towels will be provided on a weekly basic. For guest staying more than one week, we will provide one time cleaning with no extra costs. Eg. 2 weeks stay, 2 time FREE cleaning. 3 weeks stay 3 time FREE cleaning and 4 weeks stay 4 time FREE cleaning.

As this is a new listing and there's not much reviews but I'm confident you'll enjoy staying my condo either for business trip or holiday.


One car space available for those who drive.


The only place you can smoke is at the balcony and rooftop garden.

This is a private residence building thus please observe peace and quiet at all times. Please be considerate to the neighbours by closing the doors softly, not talking loudly in the hallway, etc. Enjoy the home as your own and take care to keep it clean and leave things in its original place.


No parties and big gatherings allowed. Intimate, quiet get-together are ok but please don't go overboard.


Kindly ensure the building access card(s) and car park access cards are kept safely and returned intact upon leaving. A fee of RM150 will be imposed for loss of each building access and car park access card respectively.


Please help to conserve energy by turning off all lights, fan, air conditioning and electrical appliances whenever you leave the unit.


Damages or loss of any items in the unit including bedding, towels, pots & pans will incur charges that will be deducted from the security deposit.

- Publika Shopping Mall is within 15mins walk with plenty of restaurants and cafés to enjoy your meals. If you like to cook, there is a very nice supermarket.

- Less than 5 minuets drive/about 10 mins walk to Solaris Mont Kiara where Cold Storage grocery & many nice restaurants & cafe. If you’re a Korea food lovers, Solaris Mont Kiara is the place you must go.

- Less than 5 minutes drive/about 10 mins walk to Matrade & MITEC (Malaysia International Trade & Exhibition Centre)

- Less than 10 minutes drive to Hartamas Shopping Centre @ Plaza Damas

- Less than 20 minutes drive to KLCC, Pavillion, Bukit Bintang during off peak
