This is an elegant and well maintained flat with a modern feel.
Large windows and three air orientations which make the flat always airy and fresh and full of morning sun and pleasant light.

The flat is a strictly non smoking space. We would like this to be respected. This includes non smoking out of any windows.

The neighbourhood is one of the original heart of Telaviv private residential streets, small and quiet.

A great number of every kind of small restaurants and places to have coffee and snacks

There's a big variety of shops within minutes of the flat,including the famous shopping mall, DIZENGOFF CENTRE

At the south corner of our street there is also an excellent launderette and dry cleaners.
Bogashov Street, which leads to the seaside, has a great number of shops and a well known street food venue for falafel, soups and much more besides.

Here some restaurants which we particularly like and are also very good value.
In all of these restaurants we prefer to sit outdoors.

1. Goocha. Mainly Seafood and fish and also meat
On Dizzengoff street 10 min walk.

2. Hapizza. Execlent pizzas and salads. Very busy in the evenings. No booking but have takeaway
Bograshov corner with Pinsker st. 3 min away.

3. Moon. Excellent Japanese food on pinsker street soon past junction with Bograshov st

5. Brussery. Excellent French restaurant some 10 min walk by Tlv municipality

6 Gabai. Excellent street food and much much more. Take away or eat there on the pavement
Bograshov Street as you walk from us towards the sea.

All restaurants have lunch menus and good deals especially the Old man and the sea.
